Return Policy

HYSTR is dedicated to providing a superior customer experience. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it back to us.

Once you have received your item in the mail, you have 7 days to return it to us for a full refund or 14 days if you would like to exchange it. You can contact us directly for instructions on getting a free return shipping label. Upon receiving your item, our gemologists will confirm that it matches the item shipped to you. All items must be returned in their original condition.

As soon as the item has been authenticated, for items returned within 7 days, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment that was used. If you return an item after 7 days but still within 14 days, you will be provided with a site credit to your account that can be used to make another purchase from HYSTR. This credit is valid for 45 days from the issue date. 

• Call for Return Code: Call 1-888-582-1097 or text 212-597-2786 to obtain a return code. We will send you a Return Authorization email detailing the next steps.

• Ship Back to HYSTR with the FREE Pre-Paid Label: Package your purchased item and original accompanying materials, including the completed invoice, appraisal, and diamond certificate (if applicable), as described in the Return Authorization email. HYSTR’s pre-paid labels include insurance for the full value of the item.

• Receive Your Refund: We will inspect your item upon arrival at our office to confirm that it is still in its original condition. HYSTR will then issue a refund (7 day return period) or site credit (14 day return period) to your HYSTR account for the full sale price of the item .

Please Note: This return policy applies to all items purchased through HYSTR (unless otherwise noted on our website), including engagement rings, loose diamonds, settings, and wedding bands.
